SERVICE MEANS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE, SERVICE EVENT (DEFINED AS BELOW), INFORMATION PROVIDED UNDER DEZCTOP BRAND OR ANY OTHER BRAND OWNED BY DEZCTOP. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS NOTICE AND UNDERSTAND THE RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOU SHALL REGISTER AS THE MEMBER OR ACCESS THE SERVICES ONLY AFTER YOUR PARENTS (OR YOUR GUARDIAN) READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE.   • Upon receipt of an infringement notification from a copyright holder or its agent, DEZCTOP will remove, disable YOUR access to or may take other actions to alleged infringing content or services in accordance with applicable laws. If YOU believe that such content or services were not infringing, YOU may submit a counter notification to DEZCTOP Legal Compliance Department with the contact information indicated in this NOTICE, DEZCTOP will proceed with the corresponding procedure in accordance with applicable laws.

    • IV. License

    For any User Content you submit, you grant to Dezctop a nonexclusive, sublicensable, fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, display, perform, transmit, copy, modify, delete, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, sell and distribute such User Content and to incorporate the User Content into any form, medium, or technology, now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world, all without acknowledgment or compensation to you. For this reason, do not send us any User Content that you do not wish to license to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork. In addition, you grant to Dezctop the right to include the name provided along with the User Content submitted by you; provided, however, Dezctop is not obligated to include such name with such User Content. We are not responsible for the use or disclosure of any personal information that you voluntarily disclose in connection with any User Content you submit. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary for you to grant the licenses granted in this Paragraph 2. You further irrevocably waive any “moral rights” or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of materials regarding User Content that you may have under any applicable law under any legal theory.

    • V. Registration

    To use all services provided in this SERVICE, YOU acknowledge and accept the followings:

  • YOU are required to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about YOURSELF if prompted and requested by a registration process of DEZCTOP Account. YOU may access and correct YOUR personal information through this SERVICE at any time.
  • YOU may view and change YOUR registration information by logging in and editing YOUR account settings on SERVICE. For the security of YOUR account, YOU will be required to sign in with YOUR login ID and password. YOU are solely and entirely responsible for securing the confidentiality of YOUR password and user name and for any and all activities that occur under YOUR account.
  • If DEZCTOP finds that the account/password of DEZCTOP Account had been misappropriated, DEZCTOP may immediately suspend or terminate such DEZCTOP Account’s password, account (or any part thereof) or use of this SERVICE, and remove all the Information related to such DEZCTOP Account from this SERVICE.
  • YOU shall comply with this NOTICE and shall not be in violation of any applicable laws and regulations. DEZCTOP reserves the right to verify the validity of YOUR membership at any time during or after any Website Event, and reserves the right to disqualify YOU (even a Winner) from any Website Event including YOUR prize qualification who constitutes any misconduct for tampering or suspicion of tampering with Website Event without any notice. Failure of DEZCTOP to enforce any of its rights hereof does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

    VII. Return Policy

    You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

    VIII. Term and Termination

  • If for any reason this SERVICE is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to force majeure, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of DEZCTOP which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this SERVICE, DEZCTOP reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the SERVICE subject to any written directions from a relevant governmental authority.
  • This NOTICE is effective until terminated by YOU or DEZCTOP. YOUR rights to use the SERVICE will be terminated automatically without notice if YOU fail to comply with the terms and conditions mentioned in this NOTICE. In this regard, DEZCTOP will not bear any responsibility to YOU. Upon termination of this NOTICE, YOU shall immediately cease all use of the SERVICE and its copies, in whole or in part.
