1. About Us and These Terms

The Dezctop U.S. website at dezctop.com (the “Website”) is operated by Geminis T Inc, a California corporation doing business as Dezctop (“Dezctop”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at support@dezctop.com.

By browsing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Your Account

• Please provide true, accurate and complete information when you register and keep it up to date in your account. You may also sign in with or link your Google account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, impersonate others or violate these Terms.

3. Product Information and Pricing

• Product images are for illustration; colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Dimensions and specifications are described on each product page.
• Prices, promotions and offer terms are those shown on the Website when you place your order. Promotions are subject to their own periods and conditions.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or typographical error, we will contact you before shipping. You may choose to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Orders and Payment

• After you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the product is available. If we cannot fulfill your order (for example, because an item is out of stock), we will notify you and refund any amount paid in full.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Available payment methods (for example, credit and debit cards, Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown at checkout) are those displayed at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Buy-now-pay-later options such as Affirm and Klarna are provided by those third parties under their own terms, including credit approval and repayment terms. Dezctop is not the lender.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address using Stripe Tax and is shown before you pay.

5. Shipping

• Shipping areas, fees and estimated processing and delivery times are described on product pages, at checkout and in our FAQ. Large furniture may require additional preparation and delivery time.
• If import duties or customs fees apply to your order, we will let you know before shipping.
• Please inspect the package and products promptly upon delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us as soon as possible and keep the packaging and photos.

6. Returns and Warranty

• Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which describes the return period, conditions and process.

7. Reviews and User Content

• Reviews, photos and other content you submit (“User Content”) must be your own or used with permission and must not infringe the rights of others or violate the law.
• You grant Dezctop a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display and make formatting adaptations of your User Content, together with the nickname you provide, on the Website and for Dezctop marketing purposes (for example, on our social media and in shopping ads that display reviews). You may ask us to remove your User Content by contacting us.
• We may decline to publish or remove content that is unlawful, false, promotional or unrelated to the product.

8. Website Chat and AI Customer Service

• Automated replies in the website chat are generated by artificial intelligence (AI). They are for reference only and may be inaccurate. Product specifications, prices, orders, returns and warranty are governed by the information published on the Website and as confirmed by our customer service team.
• You can ask to be transferred to a human agent at any time. Please do not share card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information in the chat.
• Chat conversations are recorded. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle them.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, images, videos, trademarks, logos, software and design on the Website are owned by Dezctop or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display or otherwise use them without our prior written consent. If you believe content on the Website infringes your rights, please contact us and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

10. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or any system or network;
• use robots, scrapers or other automated tools to extract data or to place orders;
• impersonate others or use payment methods without authorization;
• post threatening, obscene, defamatory or unlawful content; or
• otherwise violate the law or these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• We work to keep the Website available and its information accurate, but the Website may be interrupted for maintenance, network failures or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Except for the express warranties in our Warranty Policy and to the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties regarding the Website itself.
• To the extent permitted by law, Dezctop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. Third-party websites linked from the Website are the responsibility of their operators.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Orders placed before an update are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the state where you reside. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring the claim in another court.
