What’s the difference between Bifrost, Pro, and Elite?
Bifrost is a traditional fixed desk with a sturdy box-frame design, built for long-lasting stability and a load capacity of up to 150 kg.
Pro and Elite are both electric standing desks, but they differ in their lift systems:
Pro: A two-stage frame with a height range of 70–120 cm, making it a great choice for everyday work or home setups.
Elite: A three-stage frame with a broader height range of 65–130 cm, giving you extra flexibility to match different heights and postures.
If you’re not sure which one suits you best, we suggest checking the recommended desk height for your needs, or better yet, visiting our showroom to try them out in person.

How should I clean and maintain the desktop?
For everyday cleaning, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and make sure to wring out any excess water. For tougher stains, use a mild neutral cleaner, then dry with a soft cloth and allow the surface to air-dry naturally.
For long-term care, we recommend applying a small amount of wood care oil from time to time to keep the look of the tabletop vibrant and durable. To extend the life of your desktop, avoid constant humidity or direct sunlight.
Can I install a monitor arm?
Yes. For Bifrost series desks with a cable tray, simply lift the magnetic cover to install it. The desktop thickness is 20 mm.

Yes, you can also install a monitor arm on Revon series desks with a 25 mm desktop, as long as it falls within the supported range of your monitor arm.
Can I add wheels to a standing desk?
It is possible, but we generally don’t recommend it. Adding wheels may affect the desk’s stability. If you have a special need for mobility, be sure to choose heavy-duty casters with reliable locking mechanisms to keep the desk secure and safe.
Can the desktop support an under-desk PC mount?
Yes, We now offer Under Desk PC Mount, which is compatible with both the Bifrost and Revon Series desks. This mount is designed to securely hold your PC beneath the desk, freeing up valuable workspace and maintaining a clean, organized setup.
Can I add a drawer to the desk?
Yes, you can install third-party drawers or keyboard trays by mounting them under the desktop with screws. While we don’t currently offer these accessories, our own designs are in development, stay tuned for upcoming releases!
Can I purchase the D-Board pegboard separately?
Yes! D-Board pegboard for Desk is optional for your purchase..Feel free to choose your Bifrost Series desk with or without D-Board.
Please note that the D-Board pegboard is designed exclusively for Bifrost desks and is not compatible with desks from other brands.
If you prefer the D-Board as a standalone pegboard, we also offer the Wall Mount D-Board. Compatible with all our D-Board accessories, it’s perfect for vertical storage and frees up your space.
Can I purchase the Desk Divider or Cable Management Tray separately?
Yes! You can add them as add-on accessories when ordering a Revon standing desk, or purchase them directly from the DivMag accessories collection.
Please note that both the desktop screen and the cable tray are designed exclusively for Revon standing desks and are not compatible with desks from other brands.
Can I purchase the cable management tray separately?
We’re sorry, but the cable tray for Bifrost desks is not sold separately and isn’t compatible with other desk brands. However, if you choose a Revon desk, you’ll have the option to purchase a dedicated under-desk cable tray on its own.

What is the maximum curvature for a monitor that can be mounted on the D-Board monitor Mount?
Monitors with a 1000R curvature are not compatible with the D-Board Monitor Mount M, as the excessive curvature can cause the weight-bearing axis to sag. For monitors weighing 7kg or more, we now offer the L-size monitor mount, designed to support:
Flat monitors up to 15kg (43 inches)
Curved monitors up to:
14kg for general curved screens
13kg (28.7 lbs) for 1500R curvature
12kg (26.5 lbs) for 1000R curvature

The pivot component of the D-Board Monitor Mount is too large to lock onto the monitor, how can this be resolved?

Can the Switch 2 fit in an older Switch/Switch OLED holder?
No — unfortunately older holders don’t support the Switch 2, as the size and shape of the console are very different.
Does this mount support the OLED version of the Switch?

How do I install the Under Desk PC Mount?
Installation depends on the type of desk you’re using. In general, there are three methods:
Revon desks: Use the reserved mounting holes on the desk’s underframe for a quick and secure fit.
Attach the mount directly under the tabletop using the included mounting bracket.
Use the mounting bracket together with the adapter bracket to ensure a stable installation.

It is possible, but we generally don’t recommend it. Adding wheels may affect the desk’s stability. If you have a special need for mobility, be sure to choose heavy-duty casters with reliable locking mechanisms to keep the desk secure and safe.
Can the desktop support an under-desk PC mount?
Yes, We now offer Under Desk PC Mount, which is compatible with both the Bifrost and Revon Series desks. This mount is designed to securely hold your PC beneath the desk, freeing up valuable workspace and maintaining a clean, organized setup.
Can I add a drawer to the desk?
Yes, you can install third-party drawers or keyboard trays by mounting them under the desktop with screws. While we don’t currently offer these accessories, our own designs are in development, stay tuned for upcoming releases!
Can I purchase the D-Board pegboard separately?
Yes! D-Board pegboard for Desk is optional for your purchase..Feel free to choose your Bifrost Series desk with or without D-Board.
Please note that the D-Board pegboard is designed exclusively for Bifrost desks and is not compatible with desks from other brands.
If you prefer the D-Board as a standalone pegboard, we also offer the Wall Mount D-Board. Compatible with all our D-Board accessories, it’s perfect for vertical storage and frees up your space.

We’re sorry, but the cable tray for Bifrost desks is not sold separately and isn’t compatible with other desk brands. However, if you choose a Revon desk, you’ll have the option to purchase a dedicated under-desk cable tray on its own.

Can the Bifrost fit dual 27-inch monitors?
Yes. The Bifrost supports a dual-monitor setup. If you choose the 63"(160 cm) desktop, there is enough space for two 27-inch monitors.
If you choose the 47.2"(120 cm) desktop and mount two 27-inch monitors on the D-Board, the monitors may extend slightly beyond the edges of the desk. The actual fit may vary depending on the monitor bezel size and mounting angle.
For a cleaner desktop setup, you can also use a single 32-inch monitor and keep more open space for everyday use.
What’s the difference between Bifrost, Pro, and Elite?
Bifrost is a traditional fixed desk with a sturdy box-frame design, built for long-lasting stability and a load capacity of up to 150 kg.
Pro and Elite are both electric standing desks, but they differ in their lift systems:
Pro: A two-stage frame with a height range of 70–120 cm, making it a great choice for everyday work or home setups.
Elite: A three-stage frame with a broader height range of 65–130 cm, giving you extra flexibility to match different heights and postures.
If you’re not sure which one suits you best, we suggest checking the recommended desk height for your needs, or better yet, visiting our showroom to try them out in person.
Is it difficult to assemble the desk on your own?
Not at all! We provide a detailed digital manual and step-by-step assembly video on our website. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, so you can put your desk together with ease.
Do you offer custom-made options?
