Can it be installed without drilling?

For the Bifrost & Bifrost Elite series, there are pre-embedded screw holes on both sides of the desk board, so you don't need to drill holes to use it. You can fix it on the left or right according to your preference.

Can it be installed on other desks?

Yes, you can use the included self-tapping screws or 3M double-sided tape to secure it to other desks.

What is the capacity of the cup holder?

Maximum capacity is 720 ml (24 oz) for hand-held drinks, cup or bottle with a diameter of less than 80mm, and the weight of the drink and container must be within 800g.

Do I need to drill a hole to install it?

Bifrost & Bifrost Elite series have pre-embedded screw holes on both sides of the desk, no drilling is required for installation. It can be fixed on either the left or right side according to personal preferences.

Can it be installed on other desks?

Yes! You can use the included self-tapping screws to fix it to other desks.

Can the USB-C 7-in-1 hub be used without a Type-C port?

Yes, the USB-C 7-in-1 hub requires a Type-C port for data transmission. If there is no Type-C port, it cannot be used. Alternatively, you can purchase a Type-C to Type-A converter cable to use it.

Do I need to plug in both transmission cables?

Yes, Type-A provides additional voltage. If it is not used and multiple devices are used simultaneously, it may not be able to be read. On the other hand, Type-C is mainly used for data transmission.

Why is my 7-in-1 hub not responding?

Please make sure both cables are plugged in, otherwise, there will be no response.

Can I use the D-Board Monitor Mount with my monitor?

If your monitor meets the VESA specifications of 75x75 or 100x100, and weighs less than 7kg without the stand, you can use the D-Board monitor arm. If you are still unsure, you can contact our customer service for assistance.

What is the maximum curvature for a monitor that can be mounted on the D-Board monitor Mount?

Monitors with a 1000R curvature are not compatible with the D-Board Monitor Mount M, as the excessive curvature can cause the weight-bearing axis to sag. For monitors weighing 7kg or more, we now offer the L-size monitor mount, designed to support:

Flat monitors up to 15kg (43 inches)
Curved monitors up to:
- 14kg for general curved screens
- 13kg (28.7 lbs) for 1500R curvature
- 12kg (26.5 lbs) for 1000R curvature
