The three-stage lifting table legs have a lifting range of 65cm to 130cm. You can adjust it according to your preferences.

The distance for Bifrost Elite 120 is 74cm, and for Bifrost Elite 160 is 110cm.

The super sturdy table legs can support up to 120kg.

Due to safety concerns, this accessory is currently not available for purchase. If customers want to buy it themselves, the foot pad specification is M8 thread with a screw length of 15mm (M8x15).

For the Bifrost & Bifrost Elite series, there are pre-embedded screw holes on both sides of the desk board, so you don't need to drill holes to use it. You can fix it on the left or right according to your preference.

Yes, you can use the included self-tapping screws or 3M double-sided tape to secure it to other desks.

Maximum capacity is 720 ml (24 oz) for hand-held drinks, cup or bottle with a diameter of less than 80mm, and the weight of the drink and container must be within 800g.

Bifrost & Bifrost Elite series have pre-embedded screw holes on both sides of the desk, no drilling is required for installation. It can be fixed on either the left or right side according to personal preferences.

Yes! You can use the included self-tapping screws to fix it to other desks.

Yes, the USB-C 7-in-1 hub requires a Type-C port for data transmission. If there is no Type-C port, it cannot be used. Alternatively, you can purchase a Type-C to Type-A converter cable to use it.

Yes, Type-A provides additional voltage. If it is not used and multiple devices are used simultaneously, it may not be able to be read. On the other hand, Type-C is mainly used for data transmission.

Please make sure both cables are plugged in, otherwise, there will be no response.

If your monitor meets the VESA specifications of 75x75 or 100x100, and weighs less than 7kg without the stand, you can use the D-Board monitor arm. If you are still unsure, you can contact our customer service for assistance.

Monitors with a 1000R curvature are not suitable for use with the D-Board monitor arm because the weight-bearing axis will sag due to the excessive curvature. A high-weight capacity version is expected to be released in June, so please stay tuned!
